purchase is processed in real time by secure (SSL) eCommerce servers
run by YAHOO.COM!. Then your order is encrypted before being sent to us!

How "up-to-date" are your products?
We update our site with the latest World Globes as they
become available from the manufacturers factory!
What about the World Globes appearence?
Many World Globes are hand-crafted and no two are the same. There may be slight variations from the images online but the basic shape, style, and size will remain the same. Prices, sizes, colors and styles are subject to change without notice.
I can't find what I am looking for?
At www.myworldglobes.com, we want our customers to be satisfied. Our inventory is large and it would be impossible to list every item online that we carry. Our merchandise is updated regularly.
If there is an item you want and it is not listed on our site at this time contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with product description and quantity and we will use our resources to get it for you!
What about sales tax?
We are required to charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey, USA only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey, USA.
What about shipping costs?
Free UPS Ground shipping for orders over $100 on all world globes in the USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico)
When should I expect delivery?
Almost all of our World Globes leave the warehouse usually within one to five business days after your order. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from two to seven business days within the USA.
What about delivery times ?
UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, USPS shipping is available (Their is no Saturday/Sunday delivery). Please bear in mind that it may take some more time to ship our Earth Globes from the warehouse during the heavy Christmas shopping season. Please email us at email@example.com with questions about your shipping requirements.
What about delivery damage ?
Our Earth Globes are picked up from the warehouse and signed for in good condition by our freight carrier. Damage caused by the carrier in transit is not covered by the manufacturer warranty.
|1. You must inspect all items upon receipt.|
2.For damage claims, defects, and missing parts/items, we must be notified within the following REASONABLE five (5) days of your RECEIVED DELIVERY DATE to correct, replace, file damage claim, or issue credit. (The sooner we know of an issue the better to assist you, while we still may have stock to replace, especially during the busy holiday season).You must inspect all items upon receipt.
Not 7 days, 14 days , 21 days later, etc.. days, weeks later to say an item is broken. No exceptions.
What if I want to return something?
1. Our World Globes are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. This is why we have such an excellent policy.
2. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. Click here for Proper Return Procedures
3. You can return any item for a refund (less shipping cost) if you notify us
within 30 DAYS of receipt to be issued a RA#.
No returns accepted without issued RA#.
